-1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
-1/4 cup cornmeal
-1/4 cup oat flour (just blend some oats in a blender to make this)
-1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-pinch sea salt
-2 tablespoons honey
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 1/3 cup almond milk (or other nondairy milk)
-2 organic eggs
Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir. Add all the wet ingredients except the egg whites. Put those in a small bowl and whisk, then fold into waffle batter. Cook waffles in a waffle iron and enjoy!
